    Diversifying the use of HML's call centre

    A national mortgage brokerage neede an expert partner to hande new leads and set up appointments with potential new customers.  HML was approached to help with this project based on its reputation an an authority in the UK mortgage market. Using dialler methodologies and pre-agreed call scripts, we were able to apply our call centre capability to work alongside the national mortgage broker to great effect.

    Our remit included setting appointments for advisers with previously generated prosepects, and also dealing with new leads generated directly from the internet. The project was an excellent example of how we can successfully work in partnership with firms who do not have any assets under management on our servicing platform.  With a 450 seat contact centre and vast experience of working in an FSA regulated environment, HML is ideally placed to work on projects of this nature.
