HML operates out of four locations across the UK: Skipton, Glasgow, Padiham (Lancashire) and Londonderry
Our multi-site approach provides us with real flexibility enabling us to switch work between sites whenever demand dictates. It also makes the addition and management of clients more efficient and improves service levels. Our multi skilled workforce and our robust business operating model ensures that whatever your requirements you can relax in the knowledge that you will receive a first class service at all times. We also operate a multi shift system, which enables us to service our clients at varying times during the day, early morning and after working hours, including the weekend.
Each of our sites has a Site Director, responsible for ensuring 'best in class' operations delivery via the site's day-to-day performance in one of the most challenging environments the UK market has ever experienced.
Our award winning Business Continuity Plan structure spans across three additional UK sites, giving our clients added security. In the event of one of our sites becoming unavailable we are able to transfer work to one of the three alternative sites as well as our other offices, ensuring our service levels are maintained at all times.
