2013Skipton Building Society and HML enjoy a successful 2012
Skipton Building Society (SBS) recently released its financial results, which showed that profit before tax stood at £36.4 million in 2012. This represents a 64 per cent lift on 2011’s pre-tax profit of £22.2 million. In addition, net lending reached £0.4 billion, with the building society asserting that it plans to increase its lending throughout 2013. 2013HML and Kensington strike 5-year mortgage servicing deal
HML, the leading financial outsourcer, has signed a new five-year contract to continue servicing the Kensington Mortgage Portfolios. Andrew Jones, chief executive officer of HML, signed the deal with Kensington head Keith Street in January and this continues the longstanding relationship that the two organisations enjoy. 20132013 Regional Repossession Forecast: 2.7% fall in repossessions from 2012

2013HML Derry welcomes 8 new staff through government employment scheme
HML has successfully taken part in an employment initiative called Bridge to Employment. Bridge to Employment is a scheme which runs across Northern Ireland that helps individuals aged 18 and above find work. Applicants must be unemployed or work less than 16 hours a week to be eligible to apply and, if successful, they can move on to the training stages.
