  • Senior Programme Manager joins HML's regulatory team

    Date posted: Jan 10

Leading financial outsourcer, HML, has appointed Matt Hildon as a senior programme manager with responsibility for integrating regulatory change.

Hildon joins HML after a five year career with HBOS, where he held the head of IT role for Employee Equity Solutions (EES), which specialised in Share Plan administration. EES was latterly sold to Computershare and Hildon decided to move there for 18 months before leaving for HML.

Hildon explained why he joined the Skipton-based outsourcer: “I have spent my career in financial services in a service provider role but I was attracted to the challenge of testing myself in a slightly different capacity in the mortgage servicer industry.

“HML has innovative people and a proud tradition of putting its clients first, so I’m excited to come on board at this stage.”

Hildon’s appointment comes ahead of the publication of the FSA’s Mortgage Market Review, which is expected to impact on the way lenders and servicers administer mortgages.

Neil Cartwright, HML’s director of change will be Hildon’s manager. He commented: “Successfully incorporating regulatory change is a key element of the services we offer and Matt’s experience of running large projects will help HML deliver for its clients.”
