Option 2 – HML manages a selection of your preferred supplier panel across selected streams
Option 3 – HML has its own carefully selected panel of preferred suppliers which includes, field agents, litigation solicitors, conveyancing solicitors, asset managers and Law & Property Act receivers, which can be appointed on your behalf
This is how our offering looks now, but there are scheduled improvements to the service designed to generate more insightful MI.
The future of our Panel Management offering will be primarily scorecard-based and all suppliers will bebenchmarked andranked in a league table according to performance, creating even more visibility with even less of your input required.
