Brian Brodie - Chief Executive Officer
Brian has extensive Financial Services experience including responsibility for call centres & processing centres at RBS, Mortgage Operations at RBS, and Branch Networks at RBS / HBOS. Experienced in developing value-based Business Operating Models, Green belt certified in Lean principles.
Neil Warman - Chief Commercial and Finance Officer
Neil has considerable mortgage trading, warehouse lending and Securitisation experience at Bear Stearns and Banc of America Securities. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen.
Gordon Soutar - Chief Operating Officer
Gordon holds a wealth of banking experience including 20 years in HBOS and six at RBS. Most recently he was responsible for driving operational performance of 6,000 staff across 18 locations. Green belt certified in Lean principles.
Rachel Fawcett - Chief of HR
Rachel has over 20 years experience across the full range of HR and Organisational Design disciplines gained in Financial Services, Utilities and the NHS.
Andrew Jones - Chief Information Officer
Andrew has extensive experience of delivering large scale business change across Financial Services and Automotive Retailing. Experience includes 10 years with Accenture and 5 years with National Australia Group.
Jonathan Pattinson - Chief Risk Officer
Jonathan joined HML in March 2009 from Northern Rock where his recent roles included responsibility for Internal Audit and Compliance. Prior to joining Northern Rock, Jonathan worked for Price Waterhouse, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
